Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
No. You do not need to download the content each time.
It is a simple one-time download process to launch the game completely.
We highly recommend that you use WiFi connection to allow content to download quick and smooth.
Any new update for the game will require some content download as per the newly added features.
What can I do when I have played all missions?
You can finish all challenges in each mission to get 3 stars. Also, you have a set of challenges in your profile to complete. New missions will release frequently with fresh challenges. You can be assured of unlimited action.
How do I identify & defend myself from incoming missiles?
Any incoming missile will be circled in red and you will hear an ‘Incoming Missile’ warning call as soon as missile is triggered. To defend directly tap the incoming missile to deploy flares.
Can I play against friends? Is there a multiplayer or 2 player option?
No, you can’t play against another player.
Can I maximize XP and increase Rank?
In enhancements, you have an option XP Booster to double the XP gain in each mission. Any increase in XP will help to achieve your rank.
What happens if I Skip a Challenge?
Skipping a challenge costs 15 Gold. This option will help complete a challenge without playing. However, you will not win the Rewards of Cash or Gold associated with each Challenge.
How do I select and hit a target with a weapon?
Your Targets may be fixed as well as moving. Each weapon is designed to be effective against a certain enemy class. Here’s a guide on how weapons can be used to best effect: Cannon – Fires directly at target. Missiles – Fire and Guide it towards the target. You have to wait till the missile strikes, since movement may lock another target as it strikes the most proximate enemy. Rockets – Select multiple targets to fire rockets at and then press Fire button. Bomb – Fires directly at the aimed spot.
How can I increase weapon potential?
To intensify your weapon’s damage or hit targets over a wider area or any other improvement just Select the Weapon in hangar and click on the ‘+’ symbol to upgrade its potential, until maxed out, and experience the ease with which you can cause devastating attacks.
Rocket is not firing. What do I do?
Rockets are best used for striking multiple targets. Select targets by touching them. A white box indicates that target has been locked. Choose multiple targets likewise and then press Fire to destroy.
Weapon switch is red and I cannot fire. What can I do?
Each weapon has a cool down period before they are ready for action. Wait for this Cool-down Period to get over, to specifically use each weapon. The button will become blue again when available. However you can use other weapons during this period. Note the max cool-down period while selecting weapon for mission.
How do I skip the tutorial?
Basic and Elite training can be skipped by aborting the missions from the Pause menu.
The menu/ hangar UI tutorial is a one time mandatory flow to follow in order to get familiar with the Drone3 and its weapon loadouts.
How can I equip more weapons (Bomb & rockets) as there are only two slots for Cannon & Missile?
Each equipped Drone3 has a defined weapon loadout capacity. For eg: Predator can carry only Cannon and Missile but Global hawk can carry Cannon, Missile, Bomb and a slot for any weapon type. Purchasing new drone3 can provide that magnificent experience of more weapon slots.
Can I choose the difficulty level of a mission?
No, difficulty cannot be chosen for missions.
What are enhancements?
Enhancements are extra items to be carried into combat for aid during missions. Different enhancements have different benefits. For eg: Reserve Flares give an Extra Flare unit when the Drone3 Flare slots are empty/not filled completely.
How do I purchase Cash?
Cash can be purchased from the store using Gold for each pack.
Follow the steps: Main Menu => Store => Cash => . Here if you have enough Gold as mentioned on the price bar for each Cash pack, it can be purchased.
As this is an in-game purchase it can be done in offline/airplane mode as well.
What are Bundles in Store?
Bundles are different combinations of items (A specialized drone3/Some Gold/Cash/Some enhancements) which are to be purchased using real money. They are hand-picked and curated to give you a profitable deal.
Why does game display only 3 challenges at a time for each mission?
Challenges are provided progressively in a mission. Completing a Challenge gives you a bonus in virtual currency and also added XP. Once any challenge is displayed as completed, a new challenge is added to the list which can be completed by replaying the Mission. The Mission Objective is the only mandatory fulfillment for mission completion, Challenges are merely a source for extra currency and XP. So don’t stop playing till Mission Complete is displayed.
Challenges occupy too much area of my screen. Can I get rid of them?
Challenges cannot be removed but can be kept hidden. Follow the steps:
1. In the mission main menu, invoke settings.
2. Tap on the icon titled Hide Challenges.
The challenges will remain hidden throughout the gameplay.
To view again, simply change the status of the same button to Show Challenges.
Why don't I get 3 stars for mission completion? Are there only 3 challenges per mission?
The 3 Stars are awarded for completing all the Challenges in a mission. The number of Challenges varies for every mission. For eg: the Smokescreen mission has 6 Challenges, whereas Blackfly mission has 15 Challenges.
Can I Send challenges to friends on Facebook? What can I share with my Facebook Friends?
No. Challenges are in-game and cannot be sent to friends. Although the achievements/scores can be posted on your facebook wall to inform your network of friends about your progression.
How do I earn more Kill Rewards?
Kill Rewards are based on number of Infantry Kills, Tanks Destroyed and Vehicles destroyed. Hence, by killing maximum in-game infantry and other enemy units you can get maximum Kill Rewards. Also, if you purchase a Cash Doubler pack from the store, your kill rewards will be doubled for each mission.
Why can’t I change the name in Player Profile?
Profile name is for unique identification which is default given as Drone3 Pilot. It does change on connecting to Facebook and takes the Facebook-Wall profile identity to list in the Player Profile and the leaderboard.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
Gold and Cash purchases cannot be retained back if the app is deleted as they are consumable items which are to be collected while playing. However, some Bundle packs in the store which have Drones for purchase, can be restored back.
In Game => Store => Restore, enter the valid Apple ID/Google ID and get the previously purchased bundle packs for free.
Another way to retain purchases back, is by saving the progress/data using facebook ID as explained in ‘Save your progression’ in Technical Game Queries.
Incase the game has been reinstalled, one can retrieve progression by tapping the “Cloud” option available on the progression pop up.
How can I disable ads that pop-up in the game?
Fight end ads can be turned off by purchasing any pack from the store. You can also disable rewarded ads by making a purchase for $5 as shown in the game.
Can I unlock missions by making a purchase?
No. Missions cannot be unlocked by making any In-app Purchase. Completion of the preceding mission can only unlock the next mission/zone.
What is the importance of Level/Rank up in the game?
Level Up designates you a Rank as per Air defense standards. Each time you complete mission/challenges, XP points are added which help in improving the Rank. There are 2 benefits of Level Up:
1. For every Level up a defined amount of Gold/Cash is awarded to you.
2. Each time a mission is played, as per the current Rank, bonus cash is awarded.
Hence progressing effectively helps in enjoying the above benefits.
Can I reset the game and start again from the beginning?
Game data can be reset by following the below steps:
1.Re-install the game and select the local progression option on game launch.
2.Log-out from the FB account and select the “local” option on progression pop up.
How do I modify the sound/Music options?
The Sound and Music options can be controlled from the Settings menu, as well as from the Pause menu, mid-mission. A single tap on sound and music icons is required to enable or disable them.
How can I change the game's language?
Go to the Settings menu and tap on the country flag, till the correct country whose native language you need, appears. Currently we support English, French, Italian, German and Spanish only.
Can I change the position of game controls such as Fire button, weapons etc?
No, you cannot change the position of the buttons.
What are daily rewards?
You can claim your daily rewards by logging in daily. Missing a day will result in loss of later day’s reward.
How do I Save my progression?
Progression can be saved by logging to your Facebook account from within the game.
Follow the steps to sync/save progress:
1. In the Main Menu Select Settings
2. Tap on Facebook icon.
3. Enter valid Facebook username and password
4. If connected with a fresh Facebook ID, there will be a progress bar indicating “Syncing Progress “ & Congratulations pop-up will be displayed, with message saying account is connected to this device.
5. The progression data will be synced on the server by tapping on Connect Facebook Icon & selecting Sync option. Once logged in, before closing the game/discontinuing, on regular basis whenever necessary, tap on Sync to push the respective progress to the server. (We do not share any data on the Facebook wall without player’s permission).
6. Logging out from Facebook gives a fresh start for a game. However, the progression synced with the Facebook account is safe on our servers.
How do I switch off or adjust sound in the game?
You can turn off or adjust Sound & Sound effects to your requirement in Settings =>Music and Settings=> SFX.
Can I play offline?
Yes, Internet is required at first to download assets. However, to save game progression you would need network connection.
Why does it take so long for the Facebook sync process?
Syncing of data is an online process done through the server, which is specific to the Facebook id.
Hence it depends on network connectivity which is the major reason the syncing process gets delayed. So sync should be processed in strong network conditions preferably WiFi /3G.
Can I reset or restart new game?

Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful. If you lose internet connection when this message is sent, your purchase may not be processed. If this happens please complete the following steps:
Go to Store and select Restore option to Restore In-app Purchases
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.
If the above doesn’t work, then please check your App Store Receipt sent to you via email. If the item you purchased is on the receipt but you cannot locate the download, please contact apple with your receipt.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
Connecting to facebook is network dependant. Kindly check your connectivity strength before proceeding. If the login still fails, try logging in from the Player Profile or result screen after completing any mission.
If this doesn’t work, please restart the game and try the above methods.

The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you want to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.
=> If you are still having trouble, you may need to terminate apps running in the background:
Double tap on the home button to see the apps running in the background.
=> You can terminate most apps on this screen to free up memory. Tap on the home button to return then try to launch the game again. Most players report this works for them.
=> You may also wish to clear off some apps on your device that you no longer use as how much storage memory you have available on your device may be contributing to this error.
=> If you are still experiencing errors after trying the above steps, try to put your device in AIRPLANE mode then try to launch the game.

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off (in iOS 6) or to the left so that it’s white (iOS 7). This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
Why can't I install Drone Shadow Strike?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install Drone Shadow Strike. You need to have atleast 250 mb or more space on your device for the game to install and run smoothly.
Drone3 Shadow Strike is not loading/crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support?
Please try the following:
1)Make sure your copy of Drone3 Shadow Strike for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, the tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
4) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that Drone3 Shadow Strike requires **at least** the following specs:
– 1 GB of RAM or more
– Android OS 4.0 and above
– A screen resolution of 480×800 or better

What are the types of missions? How do I know what to do in Missions?
In the game there are four types of missions – Annihilate, Defend, Hunt and Precision Strike. The objectives are:
Annihilate – Destroy enemy base
Defend – Do not let enemies destroy your base
Hunt – Locate and take out the target
Precision Strike – Hit targets precisely without collateral damage
Weapon/Perk Field Test – Here you can try out the given new weapons or Perks [only once]Note: There are also unique Boss Missions which are a whole new challenge. Please read the objective carefully before playing.
What is Power? Why am I getting insufficient Power?
Power is measured as the vehicles capacity to complete the mission. The vehicle has to powerful enough or will not be risked. To increase power you will have to upgrade your weapons Damage, Accuracy, Critical, Area of effect, Clip Size, Reload time or Overheat. Note: Upgrade until required power number is equalized.
How do I identify & defend myself from incoming missiles?

How do I identify HVT vehicles?
HVT vehicles will have a yellow indicator. Also if they not on the map a yellow indicator will indicate the direction to which you have to fly.
What is FLIR?
FLIR is a vision mode for conditions like night, sandstorm, rain & fog where visibility is low. You can Switch on/off FLIR by selecting the icon on the top right in mission.
Can I restart mission?
Yes you can restart mission by selecting pause button and taping restart.
How can I increase weapon power?
To increase power you will have too upgrade your weapons Damage, Accuracy, Critical, Area of effect, Clip Size, Reload time or Overheat. Ex: To increase the Damage power of a Weapon:
1. Select Weapon Upgrade
2. Tap on damage from the Loadout screen
Note: Once complete there will be an increase in your Power number. Also, you can upgrade from Store.
Why is my upgrade locked?
You have to upgrade all attributes should be at the same level to unlock the next level of upgrades.
What are Perks? What can I do with them?
There are active and passive Perks. The Active perks are Missile Strike [for Low Altitude] and Air Strike [For High Altitude]. The Passive perks are Rocket Damage [for Low Altitude], HMG Damage[for Low Altitude], Missile Damage[for High Altitude] and Rapid Cannon [for high Altitude]. Note: You can choose two out of the 3 perks to go into the missions. Note: You can select or buy perks at pre-mission screen.
What are Premium Weapons?
Premium Weapons are very powerful and can be used by you to dominate in missions. Note: Premium Weapons does not affect the Power Rating.
What are AMRs?
AMRs are Anti Material Rifle. It can be best used for accurate and powerful strikes.
How do I select and hit a target with a weapon?

Note: Upgrade Overheat to increase the number of times used before weapon needs cooling period.
Where can I try new weapons before buying?
In Weapons Field Test you get to try out premium weapons before you buy.
What can I do with Perks?
Perks can be used to enhance your firepower in missions. You can choose the following Perks before you enter missions.
Missile Strike [for Low Altitude] – Destroys targets in a particular AOE.
Air Strike [For High Altitude] – Allie plane will drop bombs at random places in AOE.
Rocket Damage [for Low Altitude] – Enhances normal Rocket Damage
HMG Damage[for Low Altitude] – Enhances normal HMG Damage
Missile Damage[for High Altitude] – Enhances normal Missile Damage
Rapid Cannon [for high Altitude] – increases the fire rate of cannon.
When can I access PvP?
You have to progress to level 3 to unlock PvP.
How do I play/win PvP?
In PvP you have to first take out the Shield Emitter to be able to attack the enemy Carrier/Base. Your Main Goal is to attack and destroy the yellow star marked targets on the Carrier/Base. Finishing the Destroyer/SAMs/AAAs is optional but since it attacks your gunship it is wise to take them down.
What can I do in my Base? How do I defend my Base?
In Base you can Upgrade your fleet of ships and economy so as to increase your power in PvP. The advantages of Upgrades as follows:
Carrier – health increase for you to survive and win an opponent players attack.
Shield – increases your shield ship health and number of Shield Emitters, hence survivability during attack.
Destroyer – increases cannon damage of your destroyer to hit enemy aircraft harder.
Economy – increases quantity of gems stored and generated.
Where can I see my PvP rank in Leaderboard?
Open PvP and Tap on the trophy icon on the top right of the screen to view your rank in the global leaderboard.
Where can I find PvP Events?
You will be informed by a notification when Events begins. On Home Screen an Event timer will be shown on the Globe. Tap on PvP to see Event Menu. In Prize section you can see the Event Rank Rewards & Milestone Rewards.
What is Event Leaderboard/Global Leaderboard?
Global Leaderboard shows your worldwide player rank. And Event Leaderboard gives you rank for the particular event.
Why am I getting a very powerful opponent?
Matchmaking is done based on the overall power of player weapons and opponents base power. So you can get a more powerful opponent if there is no opponent of your level.
How can I take Revenge in PvP?
You can take revenge in PvP by selecting battle log icon on the top right corner and tapping ‘revenge’ next to player who attacked you and won.
Where can I get Cash?
Cash can be got by playing missions in Campaign. Note: You can also claim cash from VIP Rewards in Map Screen.
Where can I get Gems?
Gems can be collected on main screen, in Weapons Field Test and in PvP.
Where can I get Gold?
Gold will be given on each level up and in Store.
How can I get Free Gold?
By completing offers in the Free Gold Section of Store we can get Gold for Free. Also you can win Gold in PvP Events.
How do I convert my currency?
Only if you have insufficient cash/ gems the game will give you the chance to convert remaining cash/ gems with gold.
Which currency is needed for Upgrades?
For any instant Weapon upgrade or to skip timer you can use Gold.
For normal weapons Damage and Critical you can use Gems. Accuracy, Critical, Area of effect, Clip Size, Reload time or Overheat you can use Cash.
All Base Upgrades/Premium Weapon upgrades need Gems.
How do I claim VIP Rewards?
You will get VIP Rewards when you complete all missions in an OP. To Claim tap on VIP Rewards in Map Screen.
What can I share with friends on Facebook/Google Plus/ Twitter?
You can share your PvP Event Rank via mail, Hike, Linkedin, Whatsapp, etc.
Why am I not able to connect to Facebook?
Connecting to Facebook is network dependant. Kindly check your connectivity strength before proceeding. If still the login fails, try logging in again after sometime.
If this doesn’t work, please restart the game and try logging in again from the game settings.

Can I post a picture/video of my game?
You can share your video of gameplay via Everyplay on Google or Replay Kit on iOS.
Can I add/invite friends?
You can share the link of the game with your friends from Global Menu > Share Button.
How do I create and save User Profile?
On unlocking PvP at level 3, tap on PvP and you will get a popup which asks you to create a profile. You can give your own player name or you can select from facebook or google play. Your user profile will be automatically saved on Server.
How do I sync my game progression?
Your progression is synced automatically to server. Link your progression to facebook or Google if you need to switch devices.
How do I get my progression back on my device?
If you have linked your progression previously to facebook or Google you can get your progression back automatically on the same device.
Can I reset my progress?
You can reset your progress by:
1. Open Global Menu
2. Tap on settings
3. Tap on Reset button
Note: Your Progress will be reset to zero. You will lose all your purchases, consumables, etc.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
You will get all your purchases done automatically back when you reinstall on device. Please contact support@reliancegames.com if any issue.
How can I access Google play/ game center leaderboard?
To access leaderboard you have to login to Google Play Games services/Game Center.

Where do I find my Player Statistics?
To see player stats:
1. Select the Menu button on top left
2. Tap on the player icon
In Player Stats you can see the number of infantry killed, vehicles killed, vehicles owned, PvP victory points and Gems stolen.
How can I find my android/iOS Device ID? How can I get my Unique ID?
Tap the Menu button on the top left and select Settings. Here you tap About button and you will get your Device ID which is your Unique ID.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.
Try relaunching the game.
If items still fail to appear in game, please retry purchase but make sure of the following:
1) You have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.

The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.
=> If your device already has the latest software, try resetting your device.
Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message ‘slide to power off.’ Power off the device by moving the slider. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.

How can I disable In-App purchases & avoid unauthorized purchases?
To disable in-app purchases and avoid unauthorized purchases on your iOS device use the following steps:
1) From your home screen, tap the Settings app
2) Tap General
3) Tap on Restrictions
4) Tap Enable Restrictions
5) When you do this, you’ll be asked to Set a Passcode. The Passcode is a password that locks certain functions of the iOS device. Use a passcode you’ll be sure to remember, but don’t share it with people you don’t want making in-app purchases. If they know your passcode, they can enable in-app purchases even if you don’t want them to. Enter the passcode twice to set it.
6) Once the passcode is set, scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Slide the In-App Purchases slider to Off or to the left so that it’s white. This will prevent anyone who doesn’t know your passcode from making in-app purchases.
How to improve the performance for the game?

Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?

The Game is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support?
What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of the game for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.
3) Make sure your Android version is up to date by going to Settings > About, and then checking for software updates.

Also, please note that the game requires **at least** the following specs:

Can I continue my game on new device?
No. You will have to start the game from the beginning on new device as progression is currently not transferable.
