Do I have to download content each time I launch the game?
No, you do not need to download the content each time you launch the game.
How can I change the game's language?
If you want to change the language, go to Settings on Main Menu in the game, Tap on Language button and select your language.
I deleted and reinstalled the game, how do I get my purchases back?
When the game first launches a restore in-app purchases confirmation message appears. Tap Confirm to get your purchases back.
From Game also you can restore purchases. Tap on Settings icon present on Main Menu and select Restore Purchases button, then enter valid user name and password.
In store, we can choose ‘restore purchases’ button to get purchases back.

What happens if I delete the game and again installed it? Will my progress be there or lost? Can I get back my progress?
You will get your progression back if you have previously synced on device by creating a user name or by connecting to Facebook. Note: If synced via user name you will get progression back only on the same device after playing 2 fights. To transfer progression to any other device you will have to sync via Facebook.
Why is my syncing process taking long time?
Your syncing process may take long due to poor network connectivity. Please make sure you are connected to a network with good speed. If you are still having problems please contact support@reliancegames.com
How do I modify the SFX /Music options?
SFX or Music option can be controlled from Settings as well as from the Pause menu. A single tap activity to enable/disable the SFX/music is required.
Is there tutorial provided in the game?
Tutorials will be automatically available at the start of the game. You will not be able to access it later. If you need any help about controls please access Command List in Pause Menu or Settings Menu.
What is Build? How do we use it?
Build is a feature in the game. You can create own robots by combining various robots’ different body parts. Robots which are already purchased/unlocked can only be used in this. Also, after creating you can use them in all gameplay modes.
What does the Gallery section do? How to unlock robot art?
Gallery section provides images robots that are featured in the game. The artwork of a robot unlocks when you purchase the robot. Note: This section doesn’t include all rewarded robot images.
How can I get a Gold robot?
In order to unlock all the body parts of the Gold Robot, you will have to achieve required stars in Challenges, All Star in Tournament mode and by completing Daily Quests.
Is there any other way to achieve stars in the game?
No. You can achieve stars in the game only by playing Challenges, by completing Daily Quests and in All Stars Tournament Mode.
How many Robots can I build using Build feature in the Game?
You can build up to 5 robots in the Build section. By default, one slot will be given as Free. In order to make other 4 customized robots, you will have to purchase 4 slots from Store section of the game.
Why can’t I just buy Gold robots in Rewards Section?
This is as per design of the game. You can get Gold robots only by playing respective Game Play modes.
Is there any end to the fights in Survival mode?
No, this section is designed to see how long you can survive. For that, we have provided Buff packs and Health boosts. You can purchase them from Store section of the game.
Is it Mandatory to post my robot part unlocked achievement on Facebook every time?
No. It is not mandatory to post your robot part unlocked achievement on Facebook. It’s your choice whether to post on Facebook or not. Same is applicable for all other Social Network activities in the game.
Can I unlock Tiers in Tag team/Tournament mode directly?
No, you will have to play progressively to unlock all tiers in Tag Team as well as Tournament mode.
How do I collect my rewards in Rewards Menu?
Tap Rewards Menu and slide to the Robot whose part you have to claim. A congratulations message will be displayed saying you have claimed your reward.
How do I pause or restart my fight?
Tap on Pause button which will be on top of your screen and menu will appear with resume and other options. In this menu you will find restart also.
I have won the fight but it displays Challenge failed. Why?
In Challenges mode each Challenge has Objectives to complete. You need to complete this task given to progress. If not, you will have to replay. Note: The first Objective is in the description and is compulsory to progress.
What are the Challenges?
In this mode you will have to play challenges based on different gameplay conditions to win.
How can I earn 3 stars in each Challenge?
On completion of all Challenge Objectives you will be able to achieve 3 stars.
Where can I purchase Boosts?
You can purchase Boosts from Store.
Can I earn free Boosts?
Yes. You can earn free boosts by winning random Challenges, by defeating Arcade Mode boss and achieving all the 3 stars.
How do I Use Boost in Challenges mode?
A Boost button is provided in Action phase after you equip specific Boost.
Can I Equip multiple Boosts?
No. You are allowed to equip only one Boost at a time.
Will I lose my Stars if I lose the same challenge after playing it again?
No. Once achieved Stars will not be lost irrespective of the Challenge Result.
Can I play repetitively to earn all the stars?
Yes. You can play innumerous times to earn all the stars in Challenges Mode.
Can I Reset my progress in Challenges Mode?
No. You cannot reset the progress made in Challenges Mode.
Robot Packs purchase does not reflect on device but money has been deducted. What can I do?
Use ‘Restore Purchase’ option which is present in the ‘Store’ and also in the ‘Settings’ tab, on the Main Menu. If you are still having problem, please contact our support team at support@reliancegames.com
How do I unlock Tier's in Tag Team mode?
You have to play progressively to unlock all tiers in Tag Team mode.
What's the different between Classic & All Stars tournament?
‘All Stars’ rewards you with ‘Stars’ for every fight won. No ‘Stars’ are awarded in ‘Classic’ tournament. You can use the ‘Stars’ to unlock Robots from the ‘Rewards’ section.
With which robots can I play in free sparring?
You can play with only the robots you own and free robots in free sparing.
What does 'Equip' feature do in survival mode?
It allows you to equip ‘Boosts’. ‘Boosts’ can be activated in a fight to give you an edge.
What are the rewards in survival mode?
After surviving 20 fights in Survival Mode, you get 1 trophy as reward.
I didn't get my reward after completing survival mode?
Survival mode is infinite. You are rewarded for surviving for a specified number of fights. Go to the ‘Rewards’ section from the ‘Main Menu’ to obtain the ‘Survival Mode’ reward.
Block Assist mode doesn't work in-game?
Block Assist automatically blocks low punches when you press the ‘Block’ button in game. Go to Settings in Main Menu and tap Yes under Block Assist to activate.
My preferred language is not present in settings?
Sorry, we only support French, Italian, Deutsch, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
Did not get rewards after completing achievements?
There are no rewards for achievements. Note: Achievements are only available in Game Center/Google Play Game Services/Game Circle.
Can I share the achievements with friends?
No. You can share images of Build and featured robot image with friends.
Why can't I play 1v2 / 2v3? Why can't I connect more than 6 devices?
There are 2 local multiplayer modes: Team Up & Player Vs Player.
In Player Vs Player: 2 devices can connect and fight each other.
In Team Up: 4 / 6 devices can play in a 2v2, 3v3 tag team match to have a balanced fighting experience.

In Multiplayer, My devices are not connecting? What can I do?

Can I play multiplayer between iOS and android?
Yes. Make sure you have the latest version of Real Steel on iOS and Android devices.
Can I connect to Multiplayer online?
No. We currently do not have the option to connect online.
The game has been paused in Multiplayer. Why can't I Resume?
Any Player can pause the game. But, The game can be resumed only by the person who paused the game.
Why can't I select Fight button in Multiplayer?
All devices have to select ready button and only then fight button will be activated in host device.
How do I tag in Multiplayer?
Tap on the robot displayed on the left top of screen to tag in a friend.
How can I select my teams in Multiplayer?
The host needs to divide the players equally in Team Metal and Team Steel. Following which you will get a forward button to move ahead.
I'm unable to connect 4/6 Devices?
Make sure only one player is the host. Check Wi-Fi connection. Make sure the devices are in Wi-Fi Range. Make sure all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
How do I know when I'm tagged in Multiplayer?
The players actively fighting will get the controls. When tagged in other device controls will be activated and appear on screen.

I get 'connection lost' every time I connect via Bluetooth Multiplayer?

How do I share robot screenshot on Facebook?
Tap on Robot on the Home Screen and select F-Share button to share screenshot on Facebook.
When can I access Champions/ Achievers Collections System?
After completing 2 fights in Tournament mode you can access Champions or Achievers Collections System on the left side of the Home Screen.
What is Achiever's Hall?/ What are Trophies?
In Achiever’s Hall you have to earn Trophies by completing conditions given. On collecting sufficient Trophies you can use them to unlock Robot Rewards. Note: Trophies can be also earned by ranking up player level.
Can I use my reward from Story Mode in other modes?
Yes. You can use the robots you win from the Chapter rewards in any fight across the game. Use STARS from the Chapter Bonus to unlock exclusive robots and robot parts from the VAULT section, for your personal collection. Use these parts to Build Your Own Robot in our BUILD section. ENJOY!
How do I unlock robots in story mode?
Complete all fights of the Chapter to unlock the robot. Complete the Chapter Bonus to uncover their origins and win Stars.
How do I use the stars and trophies earned from the Story Mode?
Use Stars to unlock exclusive robot parts from the VAULT! Use these parts to Build Your Own Robots, or unlock a new robot entirely! You can use Trophies to claim powerful robots from the ACHIEVER’S section.
What is Champions? How do I get Robots here?
In Champions section you have to put together the given team of robots to unlock Robots as Rewards.
Where can I see the Trophies I have collected?
You can see the Trophies you have collected in Achiever’s Hall on the Reward Robot Card. You can also see the number of trophies collected in profile screen.
Where can I see the conditions for Trophies?
You can see the conditions to win trophies in Achiever’s Hall.
How do I know which are the robots I need to get to complete Champions Collection?
The robots you have will be marked with a tick. The robots not marked are the ones you need to get.
How do I Claim my reward in Champions Collection?
After collecting required robots in Champions click the Claim button below the Collection Reward Robot card.
How do I go unlock Tag Survival?
You can unlock Tag Survival by either of the methods given below:

How do I add Robots to Tag Survival Fights?
To add robots to Tag Survival fights you have to create/choose 2 Build Robots. Note: You can enter Tag Survival Mode only with 2 Build Robots and not other robots.
My robot is unlocked but I'm unable to access the robot origin story in Garage and wallpaper in Gallery.
To unlock your robot’s origin story and wallpaper you need to complete the Chapter Bonus of the Chapter associated with your robot.
What are save points in Tag Survival?
You can save Tag Survival progression at given save points and restore progression from this point.

How can I rise in the leaderboards?

My country flag is not showing. Why?
Currently we have added only some country flags and we are planning to add more.
What can I win in Daily Quest?
Complete daily quests for bonus pro-points, stars, exclusive rewards and to unlock new fighting modes. Note: You have the choice of skipping 1 quest each day. Completing 3 quests gives you 20 stars which can be used to unlock gold robot parts in Vault.
My Daily Quest Screen is empty. Why?
Daily Quest is empty because you have already completed the quests given for the day. Note: For Amateur you will get continuous quests until you reach Underdog level.
What is Early Rank Up Bonus?
You have to achieve Underdog rank within the given time to earn the Early Rank Up Bonus reward.
Why is my Pro Points leaderboards not opening?
If you have not created a user name/connected to Facebook or if you are offline you cannot access leaderboards.
Why am I losing Pro Points?
If you are Hotshot player level or above, pro points will be deducted when you lose a fight.
Can I see my friends in Pro Points leaderboards?
If you have connected to Facebook you can see your friends in Friends Tab of Leaderboards. Note: Tap on View button to see your friend’s profile.
What is EVO? How do I take my robot to EVO?
EVO means Evolving your champions i.e. Transforming robots from EVO1 – EVO5 to make them stronger & mightier! You can Evolve your robots using Upgrade Tokens available in Garage. Note: Free Robots can be evolved only up to EVO3. Gold Robots to EVO4. Only Premium and Build Robots can be evolved to EVO5.
How can I unlock Live Events?
Live Events unlocks when you rank up to Underdog player level.
When can I unlock Champions and Legend in Live Events?
You can unlock Live Events as follows:
Reach Hotshot player level to unlock Champion Events

My Robot is locked in Live Events. Why?
If you are using a robot in one Live Event, it will be locked from use in other Live Events until you complete the event.
What is Event Milestones in Live Events?
Earn Robot Upgrade Tokens as Rewards for reaching a Milestone.
What happens if I Exit Event before completion? Will I lose Milestone points?
If you Exit Event in Live Events you will lose progression of the given event and your robot will be released. The Milestone Points you have earned will not be lost.
Can I take Build Robots to Live Events?
Yes, you can take Build Robots to Live Events. Note: There also an event specifically for Build Robots.
Can I take EVO 2,3,4,5 robots to an EVO1 Event?
Yes, you can take EVO1 and above robots to an EVO1 Event.
Where can I completely Unlock Atom Gold?
You can now get Atom Gold only in Achiever’s Hall by collecting Trophies. Note: Atom Gold parts unlocked earlier in Tournament Mode can be used in Build Section to create your own robot.
In which Modes can I use Health Boosts?
You can use Health Boosts in Challenges, Local Multiplayer and Survival Mode.
Why is my device not supported?
The game is designed in a way to have optimized support in order to sustain to any technical discrepancies.

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the store but I did not get it, why?
For iOS, sometimes the mobile devices experience weak Internet Connection. After completing the purchase, the app store needs to send back a Purchase successful message which confirms that your payment was successful.

The game is crashing on my iPhone/ iPad. How do I fix this?
There are a few reasons why your device may experience a crash during an app launch or randomly. We will list the top tips that proved to have helped most users:
First you will have to make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes
=> If you already have iTunes, open it and then select Help => Check for updates and install any available updates.
=> Please make sure the date and time of your devices are current. This is important for the iTunes store as it may not allow you to download any apps if you don’t have the correct date and time.

Why can't I install Battle Steel – Robot Fighting? Why does my device not support Battle Steel – Robot Fighting?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space or it maybe your iOS is not updated. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install Battle Steel – Robot Fighting. The size of the game after installation is around 1.28 GB, so you need at least that or more. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
Multiplayer is lagging on my device. Why?
For a better Real Steel Multiplayer experience your device needs to be:

Real Steel is not loading / crashing on my android device. What should I do? Which devices does it support? What Should I Do?
Please try the following:
1) Make sure your copy of Real Steel for Android was downloaded from the Google Play Store, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your game will work as it’s supposed to.
2) Free up device memory by closing unnecessary apps running in the background. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Running, then tap the app you want to stop and press ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’.
3) Free up storage memory on your device by uninstalling apps that you no longer need. You can do this by opening the Launcher (Android’s app view), then press and hold the app(s) you want to delete.

Can I play offline?
Yes, you can play all modes except live events and daily quests offline. Note: Your progressions will not be synced unless you are online and logged in.

How do I continue my game on new device?
You will get your progression back if you have previously synced by connecting to your Facebook id. Login with the same Facebook ID on your new device to get your progression back.

Go to Store and select Restore option to Restore In-app Purchases
If the above doesn’t work it means that your purchase has not been registered with Store. You can go ahead with retrying purchase but make sure of the following:
1) Have a strong network connection each time you purchase.
2) Enter credit card details correctly. If you identify it’s a credit card issue please contact your bank.

Where do I find 'Restore Purchases' button on Amazon Devices?
On Amazon your purchases will get automatically restored. Hence there is no ‘Restore Purchases’ button.
Why can't I install Real Steel?
On some devices, the operating system doesn’t inform you if you have run out of space. Please check that you have enough space on your device to install Real Steel. The size of the game is around 500 MB so you need at least that or more. For best experience please make sure at least 1GB is free on device. If you have less, you need to delete some other applications and/or unused music and photos before installing the game.
